Our team
Arthur Nelson, CEO & FOUNDER: Mr. Nelson’s journey in construction, architectural metal and glass, began over 30 years ago. He was driven to learn the construction business from every perspective, and that he did, navigating across renovations to new builds, from basements to high-rise construction and a myriad of other types of work in the industry. Over the years he has built his expertise and exposure to all issue of critical path construction. With an inimitable ability to build while taking the appropriate level of risk, and with his exceptional leadership, he created what is today MTB AMG Inc., a premier, full-service exterior glass and metal façade solutions contractor. MTB's reputation is attributable to Mr. Nelson's reputation for best-in-class work and representation.
Arthur NelsonCEO/Founder
Paul has over twenty-two years in the construction industry and oversees MTB Operations and Client Relations. He began his fenestrations career over two decades ago as a laborer, learning the fundamentals from the ground up. After years of hands-on and varied experiences, his focus shifted, as well as advanced to project management. During these years, Paul also established an extensive background in sales and client development.

With years of well-rounded experience, learning from the MTB teams, participating in jobs on many varied work sites, laboring in the field, managing field operations and running a shop, Andrew is forging forward with MTB FAB, the metal in-house fabrication business created to take the industry lead in custom metal work and panel fabrication. With the goal of super-customization, stronger and more formidable materials, and the need for speed, MTB FAB has invested in incredibly powerful and high-end machinery and continues to master the art and science of super-customization.
Andrew Nelson Director of Business Development
Jim has over eighteen years of experience in construction/fenestrations, project management and project estimating. Senior in his field, Jim is presently focused on both estimating and sales representing both proprietary MTB and MTB FAB products and those manufactured by MTB partner vendors. Jim responsibilities include aspects of project management, planning the job including overseeing a conditions study, procurement schedule, handling logistics and deliverables, establishing the pre-construction budget based on the requirements for the projects and managing budget execution.

Peter has over ten years of experience in construction and construction project management and joined MTB over a year ago. His responsibilities as a general foreman are to both perform and to supervise the day-to-day work for the MTB client projects. Along with his partner James Trione, Peter is responsible for operations on site and management of the assigning the workers’ daily responsibilities.
Peter KingProject Manager
Rigo has over a decade of hands-on experience in Construction/Fenestrations work. As a General Superintendent, he is involved in overseeing all stages of the MTB projects from preliminary planning to project completion and delivery to clients. Among his other duties, Rigo is involved in managing the work schedule and communicating safety procedures to the workers on the project sites. He is also involved in estimating the work and making sure that all project materials are delivered to meet the work schedule.
Rigo Torres General Field Superintendent
James has been in the construction industry for over fifteen years and his current responsibilities are those of a general foreman, supervising and executing the daily responsibilities for the MTB clients’ projects. Currently he is working on a large downtown New York City project and prior to that worked on MTB’s large hi-rise residential project at Riverside Complex. He has been with MTB for over a year and a half and along with his partner Peter King, James runs every day operations on sites, coordinate with general contractors, and assigns the men their daily duties.
James TrioneSenior Project Manager
Pat has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. His responsibilities and expertise center around construction project management. Pat’s primary responsibilities include the proper installation of materials, field measurements and lay-outs, as well as providing cut sheets for metal and other material fabrication. On the administrative side, his responsibilities encompass scheduling men to the appropriate work sites and the ordering of supplies and materials specific to each job sites for all types of projects.
